The Ask
Carolina Wealth Planners is an independent, Greensboro-based financial advisory firm that broke away from a large institution to serve clients without compromise. They needed a digital presence that reflected that independence — one that felt personal, trustworthy, and distinct from the sterile look of big-firm finance. The site needed to communicate their philosophy, introduce their services, and move prospective clients toward scheduling a conversation.
The Approach
Wireframe & Design
- Designed and developed the full site from scratch, building out pages for services including retirement planning, investment management, legacy planning, and tax analysis.
- Wrote all copy to reflect the firm's voice — warm, direct, and confidence-building — including the brand tagline "Plan well. Live better."
- Pulled stock photography and video content to give the brand a human, relationship-driven feel.
- Structured the site around a clear conversion path, funneling visitors toward a "Get Started" consultation flow at every key touchpoint.
- Delivered the entire project solo — design, development, copy, photography, and video all produced and owned end to end.
